Alexandra Popescu - Zorica

Alexandra is a Consultant in Innovation Processes, Creativity, and Business Growth Strategies at ICG Integrated Consulting Group. She is the host of the podcast House of Innovation, a speaker, and a content creator focused on educational material.

Alexandra has held positions such as Head of Innovation and Chief of Growth, with international experience working with multinational companies, startups, and idea incubators.

Currently, she works with both startups and large companies on developing new concepts and products, customer experience projects, R&D, growth strategies, innovation management, and fostering an entrepreneurial organizational culture.

She is a graduate of prestigious institutions such as: CIM Level 7 - Managing Business Growth, MIT - Platform Business Models, University of Toronto - Behavioral Economics, IDEO - Design Thinking Stanford Methodology. She is also a PhD candidate at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, researching "organizational systems that lead to the emergence and scaling of radical innovations."

Her passions include reading, winter sports, minimalism, and Scandinavian interior design.
