Andrei is a Supply Chain Management consultant with over 17 years of experience in the industry and more than 60 projects implemented in the past 5 years, either as the lead consultant or as a member of the consulting team. He began his career in logistics and warehousing, and his ambition to constantly improve processes led him to specialize in Supply Chain Management, focusing on streamlining operations from both a business needs perspective and that of clients and suppliers.

Andrei’s approach emphasizes the design of customized solutions, tailored to current technologies and the real needs of companies.
