With 23 years of experience in IT and logistics and over 15 years in providing training services across various university centres and continuing education programs, Daniel began his career in 2000 with pilot implementations of barcodes. Today, he is responsible for national projects involving hundreds of thousands of users and tens of terabytes of data.
A graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), Daniel pursued a Master's program in "Business Management" in 2001 and is currently conducting scientific research on "Implications of the Use of Information Systems in Organizations within Logistics Networks" as part of his doctoral studies.
Throughout his career, Daniel has learned from every partner he has worked with, completing over 100 projects with both private and public companies. Currently, he is responsible for implementing a new file management solution for all courts, tribunals, and appellate courts in Romania. He also oversees the management of criminal records, mobile phone number management and portability, and medical records aggregation from all healthcare providers in the country. Additionally, he handles critical IT solutions used by leading banks.
Daniel has been instrumental in developing and implementing the first project for registering and monitoring drug traffickers and users, a personal project led by the General Inspectorate of Romanian Police (IGPR) aimed at combating the national drug epidemic. In parallel, Daniel continues to oversee logistics projects he has been involved in over the past 20 years, working with teams to supervise the flow of goods and resources for manufacturing leaders in various industries.
A father of two wonderful daughters, Daniel enjoys spending time with them whenever possible. He also spends his holidays exploring new places, meeting new people, and accumulating experiences. This passion has led him to become involved with the Slow Food Romania movement, supporting local organic food producers and promoting traditional agro-tourism.
