Dorina is the Procurement Manager at LACTALIS ROMANIA, with over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing, accumulated in leading multinational companies such as Stabilus, Miele, and Lactalis. Throughout her career, she has coordinated complex logistics operations, implementing strategies to optimize supply chains and ensure the efficiency of procurement and distribution flows. Currently, she holds the position of Procurement Manager at Lactalis, where she manages procurement processes locally and regionally for specific categories of materials. In this role, Dorina focuses on building strong relationships with suppliers and creating a sustainable, efficient supply chain, contributing to the achievement of financial goals and enhancing the operational performance of the company.
