Irina Mincinopschi

Irina took on the role of General Manager at Depanero in 2018, after previously serving as Deputy General Manager within the same company. With over 12 years of experience in HR, having worked at both eMAG and Depanero, Irina naturally transitioned into the business side of operations. She has always viewed human resources from the perspective of managers, focusing on meeting the real business needs. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Bucharest and holds two master's degrees in Conflict Management and Organizational Psychology.

Over the years, she has pursued specialized business management courses at both eMAG Academy and the Yale School of Management Executive Education, designed to educate leaders for business and society. Upon completion, these courses equip graduates with a solid foundation in decision analysis, strategy, finance, personal branding, and social media. Irina’s extensive experience in HR, business leadership, and strategic management has made her an influential figure in the companies she has worked for, driving growth and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
